Swapping out lambda, top one is the one off the car precat (furthest away from wire brush)
Isn't this wrong? Looks like a generic cheapo lambda.
Bottom is the 'new' one (done like 400 miles off someone on the forum)
The actually electrical unit that rotates onto the bulb sometimes spins with the bulb itself. I had this pain. Was shite.
You have to rotate the bulb until it can then be pulled out of the electrical thing. (Don't know what it's called sorry)
Sprayed some brake cleaner around and made no change. Was thinking I'd fucked up the throttle body spraying it somehow but it's been like this a while tbh.
Isn't the manifold pressure the same as atmospheric pressure at ignition? Or is there another way to gauge the overall atmospheric pressure through something else?
Also noticed today when the engine was cold if I was moving off in slow moving traffic then came to a stop. After pressing in the clutch the revs would sit at around 1300 and fluctuate then drop down to 1000.
They also seem to bounce up when pressing the clutch down in slow traffic more than...
Yeah, I get that and thought that would be the case. Not too fussed either way mind, every car in this thread deserves a place in the calendar so it'll be decent regardless!
