the spigot is meant to take most of the weight of the car, the bolts are to hold the wheels on against the spigot, driving around without spigot rings is ill advised.

DECK IT!! sorry but i just bought the wheel spacers lol. really nice colour, just needs to be lowered a long long way, if your keeping those rims, perhaps low pro tyres?? would give it more of an agressive stance on the wheels. refurb them in another colour, black would look good. not sure...
