trust me mate i've tried everything. They say you are paying for the unlimited downloads, not the line speed, which cannot be guaranteed. The mid package is 36gb download limit which i'd never use anyway
Once the contract is entered into it cannot be changed unless you pay their ridiculous...
i've got it, works fine. be warned though, i was told i could received 8mb, they had to throttle it down to 4 because i was getting so many errors on the line.
Then I was told by a technician i could downgrade to the mid package, so i rang customer services they told me i was locked in for 12...
i had exactly the same thing. took me ages to get them to sort it. They will need to throttle your line speed down to a level which doesn't cause errors on the line. data is basically being sent too fast for the line to process it all. mine was reduced from 8 to 4 but at least it works without...
please bear in mind this is going to run a multimillion pound luxury car seat production line for jag.
Don't think some dodgy freeware is going to used.
i've tried. you are paying for "upto 16mb" even though they can't provide the "max" package. You're also paying for the unlimited downloads. Wish i'd gone for the mid package now cos thats all i can receive speedwise
