Can anyone tell me the size of the little front tweeters in the dash of a valver? Im lookin to replace them as thetre sh*te! Anyone know of any good replacements?

Its quite worring though cus its all brand new on their (Even the cable). When i had my power loss sorted at a local renault specialist they mentioned on how stiff it was and said theyve never had one like it before (250 valvers on their books!) and stiffer than then still!

Recently had a new clutch on my beast but it just seems to be getting stiffer and stiffer. Does anyone know what this could be or had a similar problem? Cus im startin to think my clutch cable gunna start snappin again soon!

My Matey is a mechanic and his workmate has a chipped ecu for a ren 19 16v. Now i know its the same engine but would this work in my valver? Hes a mechanic and says it will but im un-sure! Also he says its just a case of pluggin it in- is this right?

Ive got a new sound comin from what sounds like the front suspension. Its hard to explaine but its like a squeek sound when i hit bumps. (ive heard the same noise in a couple of 405 taxis!)- great explaination i know! Anyone had similar sounds? It doesnt sound bad, just annoying!

Just think it losses it power pushin 17s at those speeds! Like i say, when the 15s go on t just keeps accelerating!

It seems tuther way round on mine! Seems to accelerate the same but they have killed my top end! With 15s i can get 130+ easily but with 17s i get to 120 - any more and the wind would have to be behind me!

Well my engine seems to be boomin at the mo so i aint gunna worry bout it!

Not much help really but ive got a standard exhaust and every valver ive raced has had an aftermarket exhaust and theyve got nowhere from me so i cant see it makin much of a difference really! Does make em sound nice though!

Its just i think the phase 2 looks alot heavier and therefore slower!

Same as above! Is there any difference in pace between a phase 1 and 2? I ask cus my mate is buying a phase 1 soon and says they are much quicker than my phase 2! Is this true cus im hopin not!

my mate has the PIAA ones in his and they are dappa! Look just like the ones on the famous police omega but brighter still! really very good!

Anyone suggest a good sub for a valver? Ive currently got a 12in Maystar 600w rms sub runnin off a 1000w amp and it dont sound that great! Nothin wrong with the sub as it was phat in my mates 206 when we tried it! Any sensible suggestions?

Ive got a 40mil drop on 17s which isnt my desired height yet. With this drop it will scrub with 3 in but only seems to be on the plastic liners in the arch. With a bigger drop i can see it scrubbin badly though. To lower it more than 40mil (I wnt it bout 70mil) is it just the liners i need to...
