Ive had some from SGS Engineering and i wasn't happy with them. They always sound rough when opening and closing the boot and didn't feel that strong.
Ive just replaced them with these off ebay and now the boot opens and closes better and smoother.

As far as I know all 1*2s use the same Bosch lambda sensor, 0258006046
If you go to Renault prepare to have you pants pulled down an buttocks splayed 😮
Have you tried plugging the rear into the front to make sure the plug fits?

These look like a similar type of design.
Maybe message them for the size.

Thread bump.
Does anybody know who the guy is who had made some led boards up for the spoiler brake light and which of the Clio groups on Facebook he was selling them?
I saw his post a while back but can't find the post anymore or remember which group he was selling them in.
I messaged Febi and they say they don't make one for a 1*2 🤔
Where's the best place to get a dog bone mount for a 182? Do I have to buy genuine? I can't see any on RPDs website.
It was a brilliant little car. I was so impressed. Mpg wasn't much better than the Clio. I found you had to floor the pedal to get it going but once it was going it was a little pocket rocket.
I hate the driving position of the 182 now 😕 that's after 21 years of driving them and being used to...
I've searched high and low on here and on Google, but I can't find a link to a febi dogbone mount. I've lots of stuff about vibratechnics etc.... But I just want the dogbone.
Has anybody got a link?
This was the courtesy car I had for 3 months.
1.0 Fiesta ST line. It was pretty quick for the engine size and handled really good on the B roads.
It makes you realise just how much technology has moved on in past 20 odd years and how slow the Clio is 😳
It also makes you realise what an absolute...
To be honest. There's not a lot wrong with the wheel arch. The guy at the bodyshop was just going to replace it as part of the claim. Same as he replaced the headlight washers for new even though the old ones were fine.
Do you mean the Polish guy on ebay selling for 80 quid and charging £48...
After 3 months. No fault of the body shop it was Renault saying they can still get hold of the offside wheel arch liner.
This is after an insurance claim at the end of March when a little old Lady decided she'd drive round the roundabout the wrong way and hit me head on.
It was a very low...
Never had a problem on my Arctic blue. Keep the paintwork well lubed like i said using a bucket of soapy water and crack on. 👍 It takes no time at all to do a full car. f**k using a clay bar, all that pissing about folding it and trying not to drop it. 😉
Ive used Farcella clay mitts a lot and never had any marring. As long as the paintwork is wet and well lubricated you shouldn't have any problems. It makes a very monotonous job very easy.
You don't need to apply any pressure. The weight of the wet clay mitt is enough to work. I wash the car...
The nearside headlights almost new 😜
The alloy wheels came back yesterday. They look amazing. Better than new. Inside the wheels looks as good as the outside 😊 He sent them to a place in Bolton.
They've had a couple of coats of CarPro cquartz uk 3.0 today.
You're right. The majority of Joe Public will just settle for a payment and be done with it. And they probably don't know their rights.
The body shop my cars at ( the same as last year if you remember) is s**t hot on knowing what can and can't be done. He wouldn't budge an inch when the...
Did you need this patch lead as well as the connects CTSRN500.2? I sent a message to caraudiodirect and they said I need this patch lead but didn't mention the connects2 lead in your pic. My original 182 head unit is the update list version.
This is the rear of my new Sony MEX n7300bd.
All I...
Anybody?
Is this the only lead I need to connect a Sony head unit to keep the steering wheel controls?
https://www.caraudiocentre.co.uk/product_m-connects2-ctsonylead_p-39965.htm
I've just bought this Sony mex n7300bd. It's for my Clio 182. I don't know if that makes a difference?
I want to keep the steering wheel controls.
Which lead do I need and where from?
Any help greatly appreciated.
I'd say around £3k. Rust bubbling around the arch will most likely need cutting out and new metal welding in, spraying etc... which is gonna cost a few quid. Then you've got alloys needing a refurb another couple of hundred quid. Plus at least 2 new tyres, possibly 4 if the tyres you say are...
