Had mine replaced about 5 weeks ago , FOC :D . My letter stated it would be checked and replaced FOC , as it hadn't been changed in the first round of recalls back in 2007/08 . If your letter mentions that there will be a charge of £95.00 plus VAT then it was already done at an earlier date .

The exhaust mounts , from my experience anyway all seem to be the same , quite poor quality rubber . £6.44 delivered for one off ebay ...

There are 3 mounts coming off the back box , then one further down on the centre section . The 2 that MarcR is playing with are the 2 weak ones , they don't take much weight and perish pretty easily .

If you know for sure it wasn't recalled and change back in 2007/08 when they first recalled them , you could always ring Renault Customer services and tell them you're concerned there might be a problem with your catch ;) Maybe that'll help speed up getting a letter out to you ? Worth a try for...

My old 172 started like that , used to hesitate up to about 2500rpm ish , over that it drove fine . Changed the plugs and that sorted it out .

Just a guess . But maybe you had a bit of s**t in the bottom of your washer bottle and with you letting it run out it's dragged the s**t up into the pipes to your washer jets ? Try disconnecting the pipes and operating the washers , see if it squirts ok out of the pipes . If they do your jets...

I'd say that was too high . If you look at the original hangers the hole is central but give quite a bit cos they're not that strong . Personally i wouldn't go much more than a couple of mm above centre as the poly bushes won't give that much .

I agree with Joe . One , maybe just above centre and slightly bigger . If you drill 3 , one on top of the other i would imagine the top would be too high and the bottom one too low .

It's extremely doubtful as they'll want a trained Renault technician to change it , not Joe Bloggs off the street . If they're offering to change it FOC it's a no brainer to me , just get it done .

Just checked back and mine are the 7 led too . I had this guy in my saved sellers list . But they look exactly the same . No need to spend silly money on sidelights when you can get em for a couple of quid off ebay :D

I'm running these , from this seller . Been in for over 12 months now with no problems . Match the Xenons perfectly and actually do throw out a bit of light . But i've also had similar looking ones that failed within a few weeks ...
