The question is " were you happy with the Michelin PE2'S " ? If your answer is " yes " then stick with them . I can't fault em , good grip in the dry and wet :)

Use a folded terry towel , put a pea size blob on the towel and work the polish until there is nothing left . It breaks down to a finer polish as you work it and needs a fair bit of elbow grease but used properly it's very good on light scratchs .

You mean the foam had disappeared from the bucket or car ? Grease has a habbit of making suds disappear . Try using a different bucket .

Not if the colour coat finish is ok . Just apply a few good coats of lacquer now . You only need to sand the top coat or lacquer if the finish isn't perfect . 1200 grit should be ok if you do need to sand , personally i'd go for 1500 or 2000 grit though .
