Try Nero 6 . Nero 7 has some errors i believe . I use version 6 and never have a problem .
When you say " writer error " . Is that the only message ? Not " power calibration error " ??
Just had a quick look on google . Sounds like your not the only person with a problem with that...
You can dilute it if you want . If your wheels are mint you won't have any problems , i spray it on and leave for 10 mins while i set up the pressure washer .
You could try the Blue rim and wheel cleaner , thats good stuff as well .

Fuel filter every 150,000k

Could be your coolant temp sensor , it cause the temp needle to dance about and the car runs a bit rough . Quite a common problem . I had it happen on mine twice just after i bought it , never done it since ( touch wood ) ;)
If you've still got the metal clip you could try some epoxy resin . You can buy the oil filler cover separate .
I always take the engine cover off before it goes for a service so they dont try and force it off and break it .
Are you in Lincoln or Chester ?
My mates used these before a couple of times and the repair was spot on , completely removed the dents .
Not sure if Chester is too far from their patch you'd have to call em if your gonna go down the dent removal path .
