    protected no claims...?? worth it?

I would imagine if you have 7 years without a claim and your not protected and then you claim you would lose all 7 years . Your best bet is ask whoever insures you . Maybe each insurance company has its own policy on what you lose .

    CG's Maxi Suds II

Just 1 or 2 capfuls in a bucket , the same ratio as you would normally use to hand wash the car . Just a word of warning , it sucks up water like you wouldn't believe , lol . You'll probably need 2 buckets or a large fermenting bin size container .

    CG's Maxi Suds II

If you run a small length of hosepipe from your Karcher into a bucket with shampoo instead of up to the mains water then you can cover the car with foam . Thats what i do .Also depends what lance you have , the vario lance is good for foaming at low and high pressure .

Never heard anybody using an " all purpose " cleaner before they shampoo !! You can rinse the car first with either a hose or i use a pressure washer to remove any loose dirt , then use the pressure washer to apply a good layer of foam , then rinse and shampoo using the 2 bucket method and a...

Discovered my 172 is an Import

^^^ Don't talk silly . Have you got any proof they are worth less than so called UK models ?? Its the same car , made in the same factory , just no cobra alarm ( 18 month warranty ) , no locking wheel nuts , etched windows on earlier RS models . Solution : Buy a cat 1 alarm with a...

Whats the usage cap on 16mb . I've checked sky broadbands website and can't see an actual figure . I know it says " unlimited " but it also says subject to " fair usage policy " which usually means that somewhere there is a figure they have in mind..

    Divx Players Dvd

Not sure how they play the film tbh . Whether you can skip/ fast forward like you do with chapters on a dvd . It sounds like an audio codec issue .

    Divx Players Dvd

How much ??? divx players are about 30 quid ;)
  20. MRBILLYUK

    Divx Players Dvd

    172 Import

^^^ Thats your best bet mate , Ren UK will tell where it was sourced from . It won't affect your insurance if it is an import as its basically the same car as the UK cars , with the exception of having no window etching , no alarm fitted as standard and no locking wheel nuts . Big deal eh , the...

    Warranty and non-Renault servicing

Thats fair enough . I can understand your concerns , there are good and alot of totally shite garages out there who know jack s**t . At the end of the day its your car , your money and your decision .I'd probably be inclined to think the same if i had a Subaru . Just steer clear of Nationwide...

    Warranty and non-Renault servicing

^^^ Knowsit . Its UK law not Subaru's law . It was introduced as it was deemed unfair on the competition i.e. independant garages that you " had " to have your car serviced at a franchised dealership . As said . If its VAT registered and they use oe parts then your warranty will be fine .
