you must run a relay to power the fan. The output from the ECU should be used as a relay trigger signal and not as direct power for the fan. on at 95, off at 92 is a fairly typical setting

odd of Henk to say retarding the dephaser at top end revs isn't normally needed. I've never known it to not be needed to give an improvement. The switch point changes depending on the cams and inlet being used (plenum, ITBs etc) Stock airbox is fine, better panel filter can make a difference...

lots of ph2's had the gearbox sensor. can make a car run like a dog when the sensor breaks too. What you might be able to do is get a dealer or specialist with CLIP to change your speedo output to using the ABS
