I think the fact classics are so cheap now makes them so tempting, so many sheds out there though, find a good one though and a performance bargain IMO
The 17' st2 were fitted to some classics I test drove a wr sport at a dealer back in the day that had them fitted, love them. I had a white v3 sti, standard they are very quick, much faster than uk turbos, lower ratio boxes, loved my old one.
yeah all the good ones are always about 300mls away from me. the temptation to start bolting stuff on to that would prove too much imo, start with an exhaust, then remaps, then suspension, brakes etc etc. slippery slope.
just had a pm back from the guy with the white ra on scoobynet, depost has already been taken and due to be collected this saturday. im very interested in the blue type r thats on scoobynet but cant do anything for a couple of weeks at least until i have the funds. im still looking all the...
Iv pm'd the guy with the white ra. Iv also been looking at e46 330 club sports, similar money and the wife likes them, mate has a 330ci, lovely cars but I think I'd get bored quickly
A bit but nothing serious. Pistonheads should work. I'm thinking around 4500 for that white ra but the type r is up for 6k which for a v3 is a bit steep but looks good and fresh engine build. But is it worth 1500 more than that the ra. Both are near Leeds so can look at both and decide.
