Mine did 30mpg.
Got thrashed every day. Got crashed 4 times. Was on 150k miles and it was still on its original cam belt and clutch.
Thats reliability.
How can someone judge any car with out getting into it and trying it out. I could look at a Rover Metro tomorrow and i could state that yes it is a Metro and therefore crap. It may though have an SLR engine in its engine bay. This would obviously not be the case but i am trying to put my point...
I gave £900 for it.
I've put a 65k miles saxo VTR gearbox in it and sorted the head unit out. It'll be for sale for what i paid for in when/if i can sell my Westfield.
Must be over 21 for that
tbh Insuring a 172 at 17 is a waste. You can go faster and have more fun for less.
I had my 172 at 17 only due to the fact we got its insurance thrown in with our company account.
I'd rather pay £600 to insure a westfield than £3k to insure a 172.
