had 18 month contracts for last 3-4 years but upgrade was always available after 12. They wouldn't do it this time round, 18 months is up in 2 weeks and i'm just going to let it roll over so not stuck in a contract, reduce my tarriff, and buy a phone outright. Works out loads cheaper for me.
that doesn't work bacause the timing can change just with different belt tension, and a new belt will certainly have stretched less than an old one too.
seriously? you get more than a couple of horsepower variation between runs over a few minutes lol. My 200sx made 288, 294 and 291 in back to back runs with nothing changed. AC should only make a difference if it's on, it doesn't make the engine produce less power either, it just uses some of the...
Valver engine wont fit under the standard bonnet :( it fouls the inlet manifold. Tried loads on Bex RSI when we fitted the spider lump as she didn't want the bulge either but had to in the end.
gaitor is a bit different to the joint itself though, CV joints and driveshafts have both got very costly in the last couple of years. It's always been more cost effective to change a shaft and save on labour time but it's debatable these days. I prefer to do the shaft if I'm honest, just for...
minimal gain over an RS inlet. Gains from cams depends entirely on complimentary mapping, but you can say that of most engine tuning. 6bhp is quite a low estimate. Another thing to remember is a car doesn't get faster just by the peak numbers increasing, mid range torque is what makes a car fast...
sounds either VERY lean or an exhaust blockage to me. It may have been a blockage that caused the gasket to fail to start with and now it's sealed you have huge back pressure. For test purposes, make it blow at the post cat join and see if it gets anything back. I'd want to plug it in to...
standard ECU runs map sensor which doesn't work at all well for throttle bodies (note i didn't say impossible as I've seen it work, but it ran like a dog)
sorry, the squib is the explosive bit that triggers each pre-tensioner or airbag. yes just short them with a resistor, same for both pre-tens and airbags
