480's are pretty awful tbh, & only saved slightly by their epic 'lambda sensor' stickerz. Wow, highrolling emissions based goodness iirc. They arent as bad as the early 90's seat ibiza 1.2s with the 'engine by Porsche' stickers on the back though. Oh my days

Thats exactly what i did. Bought Trophy, sold all the posh bits, spent the money on track days.

Yeah, the tread moves around when they get hot - not great when new/lots of tread.

Burpspeed use them as a wet race tyre - might be worth sending them a pm :)

For £2.5k id want it to be absolutely mint, with full service history. My Trophy could have had 55k and 3 stamps in the book if i had a) changed the clocks, b) bought a service book off ebay.

Its french, & turbo'd? Recipe for disaster lol. Gutted to hear this though Tim, guess that means you can whack a bigger turbo on though i guess?
