the only games i have on my touch are minesweeper and pong. not sure on other games though. mines works ok but pong is a little difficult with the touchscreen but it can be played over wifi which is cool.

indeed, whats quoted above from the scan website is the xp EULA with the title changed to vista. If i was looking for oem license details, i wouldn't be using the scan website, i'd probably try the manufacturers one;)

funny you should say that, been trying a bit of rapidshare recently and staying off the torrents and its been up for a week now whereas it didn't use to last more than a day without rebooting or freezing so you might have something there.
