Oh it's close! But it's not bang on - like I said you can just see it in the picture where the dent effectively stops where it joins.
To be honest anything better than this its one of those dents that's really noticable
I've had the door card off today to have a nosey and if I take the door handle off ( I had it off today to replace the sensor) you can get to it - there's also a nice handy gromit right next to it about the size of a penny.
I'm in Lancashire so not exactly close :)
Anyone know of any local...
lol I don't think I've ever wanted a car as much - gonna speak to the wife and BEG her to let me spend money we don't have...
Obviously the outcome of that conversation is already known!
I actually properly want this - I'm just mad I'm not in a position to buy it!
It brings back memories of my first car I bought with my own money - my Naples valver. It's still the best car I've had my biggest mistake was handing it to someone who totally ruined it to the point I couldn't stand...
I'd have a go if I could get to it ;)
I'm just worried it's a little too close to the inner skin of the door - where they bond together - if you look at about 3/4 of an inch from the door edge the dent stops and is very 'straight' - that's where the panels meet.
Wow - cracking read!
May I suggest some it would look MUCHO better on a set of Turbines - would look totally standard and very able to upset a few people!
Yay - I'm always entertained reading your projects!
I was seriously thinking of taking this Meg out on track but it's costing me enough keeping it on the road!
Turbines look pants on a naples
FACT!
I tried it and it didn't work. Nicest it ever looked was on silver willy wheels but still looked good on ph2's...
