Very easy, don't even need to jack car up to change them. Centre mount is only 1 bolt and rear mounts are 3 bolts each.

If your only issue is with storage, you could try rooting it to move more apps to the sd card

You could either block off the pipes or disconnect the power to the washer motor.

If the centre silencer is on a sleeve, no need to drop the axle, just loosen the clamps and take it off in 2 pieces.

The last RR meet wasn't that long ago so would there be much interest?

I recently got a Samsung Ace but was shocked by the battery life and it felt a little cheap and plasticky so got rid after a week. I am now going to go back to HTC again and get the Sensation XE. However if you're not in a rush to upgrade, quadcore phones are due out pretty soon.

Looks good from the side, wheels really suit it, just not a fan of what you have done to the front and back.
