Anybody know the correct setting for the knock sensor on the f4r? I found the setting for the k4m which is 20nm But wasn't to sure if it would be the same for the f4r.

Normally not keen on 2118's but they look awesome in that colour. Are they a specific colour or just normal anthracite? I'm looking to get my williams track wheels done the same colour.

Low to mid 170's mate they never make book figure unless you have a freak engine which is rare.

Self tappers. Tape it to the bumper and line it up until you are happy with it then start screwing it on then cut the edges off. Takes half an hour max

Yeah from what I've read the red belly ones aren't that aggressive towards humans unless you starve the f*****s then your in trouble.

I'll see it when you get that ktec zorst off me. I've heard good things about that CLCM. I use John at Progrip in larbert brilliant at the alignment stuff too.

It was £60 posted mate might be cheaper now though. Don't need to take ye bumper off it can be fitted from the engine bay with ease. The kit just plugs in to the existing plugs for the standard lights. You will know what I mean when you see it. 6k is the perfect colour too it's near enough pure...
