    When i had my 172 i had K-tec x drill discs and Tarox pads that were quite good and s/s braided brake hoses and a good super .5/.4 brake fluid .

    Right then people who sticks to a 3 - 3.5 RPM limit when there car is cold and how long do people wait till they give it the beans ??? I give the old girl 10-15 mins then shes primed for a good old thrashing :D

    The 57i will lose you power due to it being an open filter (sucking in hot air ) all it will do is sound better and the less said about the ecotec valve the better .

    Yeah mate only a little green light in the shape of a gear stick but a nice touch . Comes in at about 6850 rpm :approve:

    There lots of engine swaps for the Rover / MG from the 220 coupe 2.0 turbo lump . Was thinking of wacking one in my car :)
