Offset on your clio = 38 Offset of those wheels = 48 They don't catch on mine with no spacers and its lowered 40mm but it looks a bit gay tbh. You are better off with 5mm spacers or maybe even 10mm Sam

I've had just over 125 from the 1.2 but it had lower the RR of the tyres was lower than standard and it was down a hill. With standard wheels on a flat just under 115. All speeds on the speedo btw.

Hmmm. They charge 50 odd quid plus VAT though for something I could do myself...

Also when I do the testing thing (hold down stalk button and start ignition) the faults read t--h or h--t I forget now. Sam

I have recently had a problem with the fuses on my 1.2 16v 03 plate (as some of you may know) and I was unable to get the immoboliser light out. I eventually worked out which fuse was playing up and saw it had melted and deformed. I replaced the fuse and the car starts pretty much first time...

Have you checked all the relays/fuses? Do you hear a whine around the engine bay even when it doesn't start?

Ok no worries now it isn't the battery. I managed to sort the fuses tonight but with so much trying to start it and messing about the battery kept needing to be jumped. After a while I though I needed a new battery but I have left the engine on for the last 30mins and its fine now. Check...

Where can I source the cheapest battery from? I will literally run it for 2 weeks so it doesn't need to be fancy or antyhing... All car batteries the same? Thanks Sam

How sure are you the immoboliser goes off every time? Try turning the ignition on and fiddling with the fuse and relays on the right hand side. Thats the problem with mine. Sam
