Yeah i checked the sensors the turned them off just to make sure. Ive tried the vents too. The next time i can get it booked in is the 17 december which is a bit of a worry cos its voidin my insurance not havin the alarm on! LOL @ Boyo

yeah its when it gets clod outside it seems to set it off then bout every few hours goes off agen! the neighbours have loved me! Im havin to leave it locked without the alarm on,Not good!! I tried turnin the sensors off inside but dint work!!

From what i remember tesco charge by the value of the alloys not the size! When i spoke to them bout my old car they said it was split into 3 brackets of price but i dont remember what they were. Obviously 17s cost more than 15s tho!

the cruise control controls are part of the steerin wheel. if you look at yours ther are two indentation bout 4 an 7 oclock. to be honest ive only ever used it to find out how it worked. traffic is too stop an start in this country!!

Sorry, bit post happy forgot to say..... if youve not got your retention cert. the whole process takes bout 15 workin days till you get the cert. in the post.

If youve got your retention cetificate all you need to do is take it an you V5 with tax disk to your local DVLA office an they should there an then give you a new tax disk an tell you to put your new plates on! best to go in your car cos ive known them want to inspect the car for road worthyness...

Well the crackle an pop came back earlier so i Got my mate a mechanic to have a listen. He reckons its where they weld the exhaust a bit has come off inside an is jumpin round. Just needs the exhaust removin an shakin out. Will get renault to do it on wed i think!

Im 22 an i pay £1300 for my 53 [p-late 172 i got 2yrs NCB but a pretty big claim 3yrs ago! thats with tesco, but Renault ins are underwritten by the same company an theres normally bout £50 difference.
