Right cheers mate, as long as we both do the same then! I'll leave the subframe in then and take the seat out from inside if that's best for you?
Just been doing the rears but that centre star torx that holds the seat backs in is tight as fook and the bit started chewing the bolt so I'm gonna...
Couple of questions, where is the seatbelt pretensioner fuse?
Also, is it easier to remove front seats by the 4 bolts under the car...2 of mine on each side look pretty well rusted on?
The rear quarter panel door cards, do the rear seats have to be out to remove these or can they be done with...

£70 odd quid inc. delivery already and there's only half of it there! lol
It could either be the same but the owner has put S badges on it, or it has had s badges put on after an accident. Or it could be a 1.4 s dressed up to look like a 172, like mine, well like mine will be soon when finished!
lol, if it seems alright just hammer them down on price. No joy selling yours yet? Might be able to get a decent trade in but don't let them catch you off guard when your excited over the vee, just decide your bottom price before you go and don't take any less.
Did you make sure they were seated correctly? They do take a bit to bed in. Best getting out and road testing it to make sure it's all good. If so get throwing it round some roundabouts to help the bed in.
Yeah thats what I meant...undo bolts on both sides of the lower strut. Jack the rear, as in whole rear, axle stand on each rear sill. Should pull out then but can be done easily just jacking one side. Use something to lever rear beam down and pull spring out or get your helper to bounce up and...
Nightmare mate. Gutted for you. Weren't you moving abroad/selling your car anyway? They sent someone out then to asses it then? How closely do they check it, was there anything you didn't have declared but they just didn't notice?
I've just had mine done on my 1.4 at Matt Black's Renault Specialist in Accrington, if you're in the NW. Had Timing belt, Water pump and Fan belt all done together and it was £235 all in. Mine was overdue at 5 and a half years old but only late 50'sK mileage. Very pleased. Great service very...
Renault Sport front grill. Lower. Silvervisions. Colourcode handles. 172 look-a-like side skirts.
Will look good then IMO. Maybe consider 172 rear bumper aswel but do the rest first.
Then change wheels if you still want to.
Wait for 56 IMO. Do yozza have an exhaust for it already!? Personally the only thing I'd want to do staright away would be lower it quite a bit. Although I don't know if there are any kits out for it yet?
Pc probably the only way, may even need to be rotary, and will take alot of work.
Touch up, apply with c0cktail stick or similar, build up layers until it is raised from surface of car. Very fine wetsand to level and smooth it. Then lots of scratch x and hard work/PC.
Que Rich.
