i agree with nick about hot hatches have to be fwd. I wouldnt call a 5 door scooby a hot hatch or a granada cosworth, first shape sierra cosworth, clio v6. The escort cossie and pulsar are close, but imho i would still say they dont count. Whats the difference between a hatch and a coupe anyway...
it makes me angry that people do this kind of thing, but at least you know him and can make sure he gets done, normally i would suggest going and batting the guy, but im in a sensible mood so ill say just hope the legal system works.
A theory - the ecu retards the ignition if you use 95ron. this gives less power. it takes a long time for it to get back to normal by filling it with optimax all the time. some owners of jap cars (japanese petrol is 100ron), especially turbos (the ecu will also lower boost), have their ecu reset...

dont paint your wheels. i dont think the rally look will suit the clean racy look of the rest of the car imho.
Nice car, is it lowered? what size tyres are you running? did you lose any performance from fitting the alloys?
youve got your foot on the clutch, then you move your foot sideways (left) so the clutch pedal rockets up (usually accompanied by the bang of a broken gearbox / driveshaft or something). not something id recomend

local halfords should stock them. dont know about new cars, but stop lights should be very easy to change, probably without any tools at all theres usually a clip or twisting handle holding the rear cluster in, but i wont go into too much detail cos yours could be different

its very easy to get used to a car. i had a really quick pulsar. when i bought it i was almost scared to put my foot down in it, but within a few months i wanted more, when i went back to driving normal cars, it felt like you werent accelerating at all.
Thats probably all that is marc
