I know an owner of a v6 who spent a small fortune with GDI and it turned out that the work was the shoddiest he and others have ever seen. Parts broken and not replaced, dyno'd and mapped with the intake not properly connected and heaps of other things such as crap wiring and awful soldering...

Get a pair of gaskets and check fella. One from the clio and one from the VAG motor.

I always fill my vee up on ultimate and once every so often BP 102 from Newport Pagnel at..........................wait for it.....................£2.44 a litre!!! Its s**t hot stuff though and it works brilliant with the vee even if it does go through it at a fair ol' rate.

The gearboxes must be bloody strong to take that sort of abuse. I have a 1.6 HDI Peugeot Partner and thats suprisingly nippy. Stripped out it will embarres many Saxo vtr/vts's off the lights. Just proves that diesel technology has came a long long way over the last few years.

Try buying the Ph1 Fog surrounds!! 300 quid plus vat each!! I got Streamline Carbon to remold mine in carbon for a third of the price.

Ive never posted a pic of mine on here but here is a couple I took last weekend. Must admit I find many of the cars look very similar above so my favorite is the rear engine converted car in the project section. Will no doubt be one hell of a weapon when fully sorted.

I was looking at Supras for a while before I bought my Ph1 vee. I think they are great cars but the interiors on them are just pure gash!! The ruin the car in my opinion. Although the interior isn't much better in them, I'd have its arch rival the GTR Skyline. A much more focused performance car.

Keep thinking 20v but not in 4 cylinders.......think 5. Audi S2's are that money and with a few cheap mods will piss all over even the hotest of Cupras. Spend a little cash on one and you'll be seeing 500bhp. Spend a wedge and you'll be waving good bye to most of the hottest evo's and scoobies...
