Have you read the instructions on the Bilberry bottle? I don't know how dirty the wheels are, but 1:1 isn't gonna shift much. I'm sure it says to use 4:1 or something along those lines for more stubborn dirt. Get them sealed and then 1:1 will do the trick in future if they are cleaned regularly..

They suit it really well! Sometimes I love the Pro Races and sometimes I don't.. but they definitely look great here.

I use Optimum shampoo (from Detailed Obsession). Cracking shampoo and really good value for money too. Nice and sudsy, slick to use and leaves a great shine!

On the subject of LY, what would you guys think about a bumper that's got a fair amount of stone chips? Due to the colour is it best to get a pro to touch them up, or full respray? (Interesting to hear the difficulties of LY).

Yeah I told them it has a sports exhaust, which it does, and I plan future mods. I have the deal where you can go up to 200 bhp and all cosmetic stuff does not affect the premium. The guy was sound! Now I just gotta safely negotiate the quick sale of my car and I'll be sorted in a couple...

Just got a quote of £1400 with Adrian Flux. Really happy with that and the guy was a pleasure to deal with on the phone. More than happy to pay that, but I guess it wouldn't hurt to try a few other companies!

Only approaching 3 months. I don't expect the quote to be anywhere near that of the Zetec S, but there's no way I can hold out til next year. I'm prepared to pay a fairly hefty premium, but with a bit of luck I may be able to get it a bit lower!

Cracking example that mate. Looks great. I wouldn't disagree. Never been in a 182 though so can't make a great assessment myself. For me the ZS was just a 'stop gap' anyway. I wanted a 182 but couldn't justify insurance premiums. So I looked at the ZS. Good on insurance, nice looking...

Lovely car. The Turini's look sexy, but the 2118s look just as sexy and seem to be a bit 'different' to most. I'd definitely opt for the 2118s.
