The consensus with this type of warranty is that it isn't worth the paper its written on.

I would be looking to pay around 4600 for a good one with those miles and that age.
As for fuel economy, as others have said it entirely depends on how you drive it.
If you give it death expect around 25mpg but if you drive like a granny expect 40+...
