Just beware... The tyres will not be the right size if they have come straight off a meggy. You need 205/40/17 tyres whereas I think they are more likely to be 205/50/17. This will fcuk up your speedo, gearing, etc and will probably cause a bit of rubbing. Sam

Tbh it depends on how you drive. I give mine death most days and rag it from cold. I get around 27mpg. They are really fun IMO and if you put some coilovers on it would handle as well as a standard 172. Obviously the straight line power isn't there though. How about looking at DCi 80s...

IMO the spoke design is too flat and hard looking. The clio is a soft car which is why alloys such as superleggys look good.

When you tried to start it was there any tickover or was it just completely dead? Was every single light illuminated or just certain ones?

Get some weight out of the car. That will improve acceleration and braking and economy.

The back seat base is still in there so it isn't so noisy, and looks nicer. It also means I can put stuff in the back without it banging on the metal underneath. The belts are tied like that as I was halfway through taking them out and didn't want them banging around. The passenger seat one...
