Doesn't make any odds, just one you'll have to bleed for hours if you're doing a flush, the other will only need a bit of bleeding as the fresh fluid will already be in the line to the caliper.
dk beat me to it - there is no SP1 for 2008 per se, it was released as SP1 to bring it in line with Vista as they intended to operate as they did with 2000.
