Got to admit - as much as I like ACC, I do feel that it's clearly a restrictive choice of cars and arguably limited appeal. This should expand those options nicely. :)
That said, the driving within ACC, I cannot fault. So tricky to get right, but when you know you've taken a corner really well...
Hi all,
Scrounging favour time..... ;)
Anyone in the north Manchester/Rossendale area with a spare set of wheels for a 182?
Just need them for a few days while I get mine off to be refurbed.
Happy to pay rental in beer-tokens or similar currency.
Cheers,
D.
Some of the historical snippets put up at the start and the end of the campaign sections were great.
I have to say though, out of all of the BF games, I found BF1 online to be the most frustrating of them by far. I don't know whether or not it got improved and patched, but pretty much...
Still the best iteration of Battlefield for me. My Top 3 being...
2142
Bad Company 2 (excellent campaign and great multiplayer)
1942
Despite the hate for BF2042, I have put about 100 hours into it - purely on skirmish. Nothing better than switching your brain off and taking on some AI bots...
Definitely the better option.
Plus at your age, I'd guess that the standard 1*2 insurance would be bad, When you tell them that it's a heavily modified 1.2, the zeroes will just start to get added to the premium.
I found that it's better to have family members on different providers - for this exact reason.
I've been with O2 since the BT Cellnet days and tbh, they have been fine for the most part. If I get crap coverage, I can almost guarantee that my wife's Voda-powered mobile will be OK - and vice versa.
I think most people tend to stick to PCs once they make the switch. They are significantly more expensive than consoles, but once you're on that path - the rolling upgrades aren't that bad. (.......for the most part)
I popped my PC cherry way back in November 1992 and despite having a dabble...
Oh, I hear you.
Got an apprentice supposedly starting anytime soon and the agency called to say that he hasn't got a valid passport. How this wasn't picked up beforehand, I've no idea.
Had O365 installed on my works laptop for a long time.
Found out yesterday that as part of that, Microsoft Publisher is installed. Does anyone actually use it? Surely it has to be in less use generally than Microsoft Access?
Apparently the plug is being pulled on Publisher in 2026.
There's a handful of game launchers at the minute.
Steam is by far the biggest for PC games. Then there's Epic Games, EA Launcher, Amazon, GOG amongst others.
They all tend to do it at some point - more to do with the way the clutch cable does an endurance run around the engine bay on the RHD cars. I wonder if the LHD cars never suffer from it, due to the pedal section being right next to the gearbox?
The cable can be greased up and that often helps...
So, a while back I bought a set of replacement front liners from Autodoc and of little surprise, they didn't fit. At barely ten Euros each, it's no big loss - but was surprised to see that their app suggested compatibility for the 182. When I raised it with them, they basically said that I...
Piss poor playback quality - but I remember watching this the first time around on TV.
My wife had a 1.7 Puma and loved the thing. Despite it having the usual rusty arches and an engine that liked to be on form approximately 3.6 times per week (don't ever stall it when it was warm!) - she...
I find stuff like that quite surprising. Surely from a production plant perspective - it would be cheaper just to include all three items on every car made - regardless of destination?
I do get the JDM stuff though, where the UK spec cars had to retrospectively get undersealed and with a rear...
Been waiting a long time for the follow-up and managed to nab it today from cdkeys.
Certainly looks pretty and making my way through the tutorials at the minute. Hopefully it will appeal just as much as the original title did.
Would love to have go in one, but just couldn't sign up to own one.
I'd prefer to pay half as much, have less than half the power and get an i30N Performance instead. Complete with none of the six fakes mentioned at the start.
I don't know why manufacturers cannot simply accept an EV for what...
