Very nice for a first car.
When you sell it return it to standard though.
You will get more for it this way and get money your way when you PX for standard parts.
My top tip for the day ;)

I understand what he meant.
I agree clios are a much cleaner looking car and look more expensive than the other cars in the sector.
Yes I know who cliochris is.
What colour is your 1.6?
I have all parts except the rear bumper to make it into a replia.
Sam
I have this too I think.
Mind sound like something quite like spinning around and just rubbing against another metal surface. It seems to happen when I depress the clutch but maybe thats just because the engine quitens so I can hear the noise.
Sam
It depends on your time constraints tbh.
If you want them ASAP go to a specialist that will have them in stock but you will have to pay a premium as they know the value.
If you don't mind waiting go to normal breakers yards/salvage yards as they are less likely to know the worth of what they...
All I signed (well Dad signed) was an eligible receipt saying the car was sold as seen.
I will have a look for the above Brian. Btw it has been a month now and still haven't got the log book back... Would this transfer be holding things up?
Sam
Aslong as no damage will result in the next few months then I am not too bothered about ragging it.
The trouble I find is all my journeys are on the A1 so I have to accelerate from 10-70 quickly within a minute of starting the engine!
Sam
Ok I will give them a try.
Well he said he wanted the plate back but it has been over a month now and the DVLA called it in etc...
Normally I would play hard ball but this guy isn't your normal seller! I think he deals in more than just cars ;)

I am on my Mums insurance as a named driver, using all her no claims and it costs me 750 on a grp 3 car TPFT. Thats with direct line and includes a 10% multi user discount.
