Yes they do but I have just had a look and they don't fit ip4200. The fit ip4000 (the one before yours). Sorry mate Sam

Well I thought this maybe what happened but it looks like this isn't the case. I now think its just the old strut knocking problem you go started a thread about. Only thing is there is about a 2cm gap between the strut top and shell when on full lock... Sam

I can't help diagnose the problem matey but I can sell you some cartridges if needs be. I have 60 and selling for 2.50 each. If you can't get it sorted you can have these cartridges that will deffo fit. Thanks Sam

I have fitted lowering springs to mine (50mm) and there has been a knocking since. Tbh I have only noticed properly in the last few days. Is it likely this is the problem? It can be felt through the steering wheel... If so I think I may need more than just one each side as the gap seems...

I bought some Ferrodo Premiers from Halfords and I think they are really good. Seem to be much better than stock. Only thing is they fecking stink! But I think that is more due to the last lot being worn down to the metal so the disc is now grooved ;) Sam

What are muffler bearings mate?

What do the bearings do in the strut? If they are on the wrong way what will happen? Could this be the cause of a knocking I am getting? Sam

No but the wheel seems to be straight. When the tracking has been out before it has always been obvious as the wheel would need to be off centre to go straight? Sam

Oh right. Wonder what the knocking could be then :S? It isn't the CV boot as I have checked this. There is a definite slight movement in the wheel when braking and turning. It isn't the wheel bolts before someone suggests this. Sam
