what he^ said , its possible im sure H&R do the 4-5stud conversion plates , but you can get much nicer looking wheels without so much hassle

John ive got the pedal covers and a rivet gun much easier and cheaper than replacing the whole arms but i want to see 1. Which way up they go 2. Positioning of the covers on the pedal

You would be surprised , you may find that even thought the 1.4 has not got the same power because its modified it could be harder to insure and more expensive

Sell it and buy a 16v with the money you'd spend tuning it up mate makes more sense long term
