Pioneer is a good choice for the HU but i can think of nicer ones As for the speakers mate if you have a sub dont bother about the rears as they will be useless and then spend more for the fronts or on a better HU Im sure if you put up your budget someone will find a better deall for you...

Much easier to fit the pretensioners from your seats to the new (ph1) I bought some ph2 seats and had the same problem so i unbolted the ones from the seats i took out and put them on the new ph2 seats job sorted and only takes 10 mins a side gives a much better finish too than all that...
