1stly, do u have proof your car has never been in acident? its prolly now straight if you dont. check for uneven tyre wear. cheap tyres are a no no, if your getting the back end out your taking your foot off the accelerator, if you just kept it planted it woulndt do that, i bet. ;)

think about the route the air takes from behind the light. the ph-2 box does a few sharp turns, i hear things about sharp turns in exhausts why not in inlet systems. this in theory is just 1 turn and a much greater surface arear of the filter. tbh, im not all for saying somethings better...
