THis has happened to me on the nano before. i held in menu and the centre button for a few seconds until the screen goes black with a white apple logo. Once it rebooted it connected fine.

THe Nokia N73 has a great camera. SE K810i is pretty good too, although the phone looks very ugly/plasticy/cheap imo and the buttons could be a bit fiddly

Impossible to do, sorry. THat is if you want to keep any kind of quality. Some programs do it by filtering out certain frequencies but it's crap.
