Na, HID's are pretty cool, as long as you use them at night when youre supposed to. Some of the fuds up here keep them on during the day ;)
I initially tried lots of boot mounted ones, couldnt find any that didnt foul the roof spoiler, and the bikes kinda bounce about on those type of racks. I ended up with roof bars/cycle carriers which can take 2 bikes at 110 mph lol
Mine passed it's 2nd MOT no probs, my mot guy knows all about the low rear braking force issue, although I've just had to replace the rear brakes because they were seizing through lack of use lol (I'm on 25k at the mo)

Is there any way of updating the camera database without giving those SOB's fifty quid? I know I'm sounding like a skinflint but things are tight at the mo.
^ This is exactly what is happening to mine apparently. My belts are due at the end of the year anyway, so I might as well get the lot done now and save some cash. I've been quoted £260-£300 depending on the price of the belt kit. Is this a good price?
