It's not cheap stuff and you'll need a fair few coats to make it look good, also heard horror stories of it peeling peoples lacquer off when they remove it, but these were yank reviews so who knows, you should be fine if it's just plastic trim pieces.
Take that plastic sump tray off, wipe everything down until there's no oil on anything, run the car for a few days without the tray and see where they oil's coming from.
Also prepare yourself for the reality that it might be leaking from more than one place. :ROFLMAO:

Might be worth checking your gearbox oil too, when I first got a 172 I knew nothing about the input selector seal leaking, I only found out once the gearbox was dry and it exploded at 70mph.
Yep i'll be having a go in that, passenger laps is as exciting as it gets for me now the Clio's broke, hopefully he can scare me more than I scare myself, if i'm not crying by the end then he's failed!
