I had Yoko A539 tyres on my old 172, you get what you pay for, they are not good in the wet. Best tyres are still the PE2, in my opinion they are very hard to beat.

On a 300 mile round trip, my old 172 returned 48.5 mpg. I was driving like Miss Daisy to achieve this. My 182 however, can get nowhere near that figure.

I stand corrected on my original post. Front speakers are JBL P52. Rear speakers are Infinity Kappa 52.5i.

I'm not into heavy bass music, I'm too old, as stated previously I don't have music blasting out of my stereo. My problem has arisen fairly recently. I have now swapped over the head units, if the problem persists, then I will conclude the speakers are duff. Thanks for everyone's input.
