cheers for the comments. spent a while adjusting it so it was just about flush with the bumper to give it that 'factory' look. the note isnt anything offensive.
as justin said its a single back box, weighs 8 kgs less than the standard system!!!
cheers justin, made a horrible noise before we realised it wasnt sealed properly!!! sounded tractor ish!! sounding sweet now though.
whats wrong wi yours?
pics of the new zorst, couldnt get it properly sealed at the cat so a bit of exhaust paste later and all is well. Sounds really good, nice burble on tickover and enough sound up through the revs for me. This system should have been on the car from the factory!!

(oh and yes the car is...
my dad is fitting my janspeed exhaust to the trophy 2moro and was wondering if there is a fool proof way of removing the old system so it can be returned in the future, does it have to be cut off etc.
cheers
Ian
why doesnt my trophy sound like that?????????
best bit of the v6 is the noise!! and the attention it gets!!
nice vids mate they make me want to trade the trophy back in for another v6!!!!
15 k miles!!!!! i could only get 6-7k out of a rear set of michelins. Trouble is when you start up a clio v6 you cant help but drive it hard!! you want to use the torque of the engine all the time. Servicing is very similar costs to 172/182. Brakes are prone to wear, especially the rears...
i could do with seeing whats for sale on the rtoc site but not keen to pay 15 quid to look at a few cars.
some of the pics of r5's at the rtoc day are mint on here, theres something about them!!! (not that i dont love the trophy aswell!!!)
a few pics of the trophy at a local meet organised by tyresmoke.net. I went along to catch up with a mate from the club who owns an audi s4. there was another guy there with a ff 182, think he said he was a member on here.
what kinda tyres do you get for that money??
or should i say, what did they use to make the tyres!!! rubber??
you must know some1 in the trade to get 19" tyres at that price!?
agree with you about the rear seats, i have the recaros well back so if any1's having a look at it the rear seats are a bit hidden!!
yeah i know but his rally cars were never scraping off the ground, u can have a car too low i think, starts to hop and jump over every bit of gravel on the...
they dont handle like a 4x4 mate!!!!
when i had my 172 on h&r's i wanted it as low as it would go, i have now realised that lower isnt always better, im sure a lot of thought went into the suspension before they fitted it to the trophy, (ask jean ragnotti if he thinks its like a 4x4!! haha)
remember that the trophy was designed for the roads in britain and in particular the A and B class roads, the suspension was tested and adjusted to suit them. Yeah the trophy is good on a track but renaults idea wasnt to make a 182 for the track, it was to make a 182 that could eat any road that...
