Crooked wheel doesn't necessarily mean your tracking is out. TBH honest my steering wheel is slightly crooked to the left, but when my tracking was out it was crooked to the right, now I know my tracking is fine as it doesn't pull or anything, depends if you can live with it.

Could be because you need the steering wheel taken off and put back on as straight if the wheels are lined up. AFAIK it is hard to mess up aligning your wheels with the laser system they use.
