Its all controlled by the ECU I guess (what isnt these days?) So unless its the switch its going to be a sod. Leave it to the dealer.

Its important to remember that these units dont "detect" anything. They just use a built in database and a GPS computer to work out where you are. THe subscription entitles you to download new versions of the database whenever you want.
Mechanically very similar. Mk2 has more toys - auto Xenons, auto wipers, 16" wheels, climate control. Mk1 has nicer seats (IMO - coloured stitching on the logo), proper OZ wheels (15").
A lot of it comes down to which one you think looks nicer.
I think its more to do with the type of person who buys one. Theyre real petrolhead motoring enthusiasts - change their car every time the Next Big Thing comes out. So theres a lot of turnover. No problem there.
thats the problem - a B2 cant help against a patrol car on your tail. Nor can it help if you ignore it cos you dont think therell be a camera at a mobile site :oops:
