Hmmm - mines 3 months older, 28,000 miles, 9 or 10 trackdays - still ok. I think Ive been through 5 sets of fronts.

I have a Pipercross, about £35 inc the postage I think. ITG do one too, Green, etc etc.

My next trackday is in Wales so bound to rain :cry:

All the trackdays I have ever done have been dry conditions. It cant last forever! Anyone done a trackday in the wet? What was it like?

18"s would be really expensive Id have thought - its bad enough buying tyres for 17"s!

1. Your Magnex should fit properly without removing the heat shield - the fitter might need to play about under the car, but it should fit perfectly - no rattle, nothing. Its an expensive thing - insist that its done right. 2. Have you tried resetting your ECU? Do a search to find out how to...

Motorpoint just shift what theyve got - if it isnt already fitted they wont do it.

Clio Cup Racers run 15"s, thats good enough for me. I bought my 17" wheels for looks, although I must say I didnt notice any decrease in performance. I now have some 15"s for trackdays :devilish:

Ive acquired some 15" rims and some slicks for trackdays, so I thought Id try the wheels out for size. They fit ok, but on 15"s the car is soooo low theres no way I could get the trolley jack under the sill! What can I do??

I believe its very effective at preventing pressure-loss. Bit useless if you do trackdays, 1/4 miling etc though and you muck about with your pressures a lot.
