im currently trying to use it and extrac the tortio bar, it says, wind the nut up the socket, then begin to un wind the nut, if u do this tho its just winding out the bar do i wind the bolt clock wise on to the socket so it will hopefully pull it out im very lost and very sick of my frech pile

whats that noise that comes on and off on my clio? some times doesnt do it others it does? iv just had all the gaskets replaced and cambelt changed and now it starts fine but then tries to stall after a min or 2 if not being driven? any ideas welcome thanks
