i work for RBS who own various companies ! im not meaning anything to do with sales and not saying your uninformed. what im saying is there are no targets to reject so many claims. for example : for every 100 claims made u must make sure 20 of them are rejected. this would be bordering on...

further more to this ... after being told from the dealer there was no 197 to test drive and wasnt going to be ive somehow managed to book one on the internet from the same dealers .... what a bunch of scrote bags :mad:

maybe her insurance company paid out but recovered the costs from renault seeing as they admitted liability for it ?! otherwise you would have to ask her insurance company why.
