Haven't arrived yet, but they look good!
My mate fitted a dephaser to mine and charged me £100 to do it. Not much involved as the belt doesnt need to come off. If the timings out, surely the garage that did the original work should fix it, or pay to put it right?

The cam locking tool is the 1 at the other end that locks the cams to TDC. The other tool is for setting up the dephaser pulley. You also need the locking tool for the bottom end! Locking tools alone are around £200. Hence why not many people have them!
You can def buy an exhaust gasket kit for that join, gives you a thicket wire mesh gasket thing, and the bolts and springs. Think it's aroung £40 tho for the kit! I'll get a part number later when I'm home!
My Insurance company tried to rip me off, i got a few other quotes and rang them with the cheapest. After alot of holding an arsing around, she came back and said we'll match that! I said very good, I think I'll go with the other company tho as you tried to rip me off with my renewal! :D
So Intensive polish, till I get the scratches out, then final finish, then CG wet mirror finish, then what? Will the Race glaze 55 bond to CG Jet Seal?
I recently bought a black 330ci, but the guy who had it before me must've had a cat or somethin as there's a few fine scratches. What's the best way to remove them? I was thinking 3000 grit and then compound? Maybe this is too aggressive?
