Service Reset on a 2000 Clio 1.2

Hey,is there any way to reset the service indicator on a Clio manually without having to get it plugged in at a dealer?

Your service light being on means your cars got a problem, not that it needs serviced.

As above. Comes on with another light to indicate a fault in the system the light relates too.

my serv light is on atm because i still need to link up the air bag in my passenger seat, never got round to it when i got the new interior, if i link it all up, will the serv light go out or will i need to take to a dealer to get it witched off? and having the passenger seat airbag disconnected will that fail a Mot?

Yeah they defo go out buy themselves, so if it doesn't i'd say that something else is causing it. Mine was the pretensioner
