GTi 180 is a LOT rarer thought, so to be different maybe get that; but you'd have far more fun in a Clio.

the 180 looks nice, but the Cup is much better car imo. And it's cheaper :)

Search on autotrader mate. Having said that, I love the ST, and if I bought one I wouldn't bother changing for a 182 myself.

Not everyone can afford the RS models mate. I think the normal Clios are great little cars; everyone has a different budget, etc.

Most insurers will only cover you on other cars if you are 25+. I can drive my misses car as I am an named driver on her policy, and vice versa. Also means we are covered fully comp on both vehicles.

No such thing mate. All Cups are Mk2 Ph2 Clios. Commonly known on here as the Mk2 172.

Turinis or Superleggas, they both work well, maybe the latter ones to be different. They are pretty much the only alloys I like on the Clio.

A 225 should pull away slightly once you starting getting above 80ish. At least one did on me.

If you mean washerjets, please get rid of them, they hurt my eyes :(

Top end speed maybe; handaling I doubt it. I wouldn't say they handle as well as my Cup (can't comment on a normal 172 tbh). It will come down to the driver, one missed gear and it's all over.

ST is a very nice car, mate just got one in white, looks gorgeous. Ok it's not quite 172 / 182 pace, but it's a 2.0 engine in a relatively small car, it's bound to be fun and upset quite a lot of the rep mobiles.

Cheers Gary, so would that setup be as good as say KW coilovers, H & R or Gaz? What would change in respect to handaling and ride quality with these dampers as compared to my standard ones with those springs? :)

Uww, I could be interested in some Pro dampers, I've already got the Pro springs. Does anyone know how well these two work together? Would the car be any lower with these new dampers or the same as it is now on standard dampers?
