You will not be able to fit the 182 exhaust, it will not fit because of the spare wheel bay. K-Tec do an exhaust; you could get one custom made, if you can find somewhere willing to make one that complicated.

I've got Eibach Pros, which are maybe about 10mm lower at the front, same at the rear. They're pretty good and take a lot of the roll out, but I doubt they'd be that great for track, other springs might be better but will lower the car more and make the ride much crashier.
