Just had a look. Inlet cam seems a bit more "wilder" on the 197 and the exhaust cam is a bit "milder" compared to the 428s. Might consider a set if they come up on here. How do you correctly time them in (due to the rocker cover design of the F4R)?
KW do them for the Clio MK3. I'll guess you can order them directly or through a retailer in Russia.

Ball joints only come with wishbones included from the dealer. I'd get some Lemförder ones (12mm bolt holes). Price for the lot will be around 180 quid.
The ND0 box is cable shifted and has a hydraulic clutch actuator. Same as the TL1. You would need to adapt that to your car. The bolt pattern on the gearbox housing/flange is different aswell so you'd need an adaptor plate. Would be easier/cheaper to buy a reconditioned JC5 in Europe and get...
