    the big silver cups! (those bolts are assembled in the wring order by the way) put up a pic of your manifold

    look at the new kit, there are 2 cups - yes? the manifold will have the old ones still in there (but rusted beyond recognition) hammer and chisel the old bits out, then the new cups will slot in put a picture up

    the VVT seal is about £4 (i doubt they'll have it in stock) coilpack from GSF or ECP etc? much cheaper
